What is VG?

VG, vegetable glycerine or glycerol is an organic compound widely used in foods and medications. A colorless, odorless, sweet liquid, PG is often used to sweeten foods or keep them moist. PG or Glycerol is also used in many medical, pharmaceutical and personal care products to improve smoothness, moisture and lubrication. It is commonly found in cough syrups, elixirs, toothpaste and mouthwashes, and skin and hair care products, due to its soothing properties.

What is eJuice or e-liquid?

Ejuice or e-liquid is the liquid that produces the vapor in electronic cigarettes or personal vaporizers. eJuice is a solution of base liquids, propylene glycol (PG) and/or vegetable glycerine (VG) and/or polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG400) mixed with concentrated flavors and varying levels of liquid nicotine concentrate. The base liquids are widely used as food additives and base liquids for a variety of personal care products like toothpaste, as well as in medical devices such as asthma inhalers.
